After receiving the news Chappelle immediately cancelled his remaining shows and started quarantining himself. The legendary comedian has been performing socially distant shows since last summer in his home state of Ohio. Included in the cancellations are 2 shows that Chappelle had scheduled with Joe Rogan. Dave, Rogan, Elon Musk & others were just photographed together earlier this week prior to this positive test result. Chappelle has not displayed any physical symptoms yet, get well soon Dave!

So improv theaters are improvising to find a new way to reach their audiences. “In a non-pandemic year, we’re busy every single day of the week,” Matthew Terrell, communications director at Dad’s Garage in Atlanta, Georgia, said. Since mid-March, that hasn’t been the case for improv theaters. “Until we open up, we are expecting to lose at least half a million dollars of revenue, which seems like a big number. And it certainly is, but we’ve done so much to bring that number down,” Terrell said.
